Narragansett Power Yoga Flow

A rigorous class focusing on the fundamental postures and movements that can challenge and benefit beginners to advanced. An opening sequence based on the needs of those present leads to a series of vinyasa flows and holds sure to ignite your inner fire. Class finishes with restorative and lengthening postures with meditation.

Narragansett Yoga Stretch

A series of opening stretches and postures held to the point of release. Done in a sequence which opens the body to proper alignment, often followed by simple dynamic movements and stretches. A great recovery, injury prevention and performance enhancement class.

Narragansett Yoga Sculpt

When strength and cardio meet yoga. This dynamic class offers a power flow combined with strength training using light weights, cardio and core. A balanced class that will help to boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass. High intensity class! Modifications offered.
