Strength & Fitness Class Descriptions

Narragansett Bootcamp

Starts with an opening Yoga sequence and flow, then a mixture of strength, cardio, core and circuits that match the intensities and abilities of participants. Class can include dumbbell routines, full body strength, stable and dynamic core exercises, circuits, tests, cals, boxing and agility drills. Partnership and group activities raises this class to sweet intensities!

Narragansett Boxing & Kickboxing

A boxing and sometimes kickboxing focused class that incorporates training drills and activities sure to light you up! We use focus mitts, pads, circuits and a variety of partnership activities. You’ll find your inner superhero in this class and help others find theirs. Bring extra water!

Narragansett Self-Defense

Awareness, Intuition and Response(AIR) are ingrained in a dynamic, fun and perspective changing workout! We teach a progressive series of movements, kicks, strikes and strategies that create an awareness and confidence sure to benefit all. From how to walk, to how to talk, to learning how to move whether in fight, flight or freeze state. This discipline awakens your inner warrior.

Narragansett Yoga Sculpt

When strength and cardio meet yoga. This dynamic class offers a power flow combined with strength training using light weights, cardio and core. A balanced class that will help to boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass. High intensity class. Modifications offered.
