Andrea Corazzini

Throughout her entire life, Andrea has been passionate about fitness. She started as a young athlete competing in track and swimming then began participating in triathlons and road races. While being an overall fitness enthusiast and continuing to increase her knowledge over the years, she came to realize this was something she not only loved to do for herself but could pass her passion and motivation onto others. She became certified in personal training, mat pilates, spinning, yoga and group exercise instruction. She believes it is such a wonderful gift that she have been given to pass along to others! She is inspired daily by clients who walk through the door to take care of their physical and mental wellbeing, while challenging themselves each day to make themselves feel great by participating in some form of fitness.
The studio she has created will be a place of obtaining what you need for physical and mental goals. She is always available to clients and students to teach, advise, train, motivate, mentor or just have a friendly conversation.

Tom Regan
MA, NASM,NSCA
Exercise has moved Tom’s life in a positive direction and helps him to continue to evolve as a person and community participant. Growing up in Boston Tom practiced exercise as a discipline to help him be better, in all areas of his life. Living in public housing and attending public schools Tom benefitted from the encouragement of community members which he still enjoys paying back! An enjoyment of boxing led to a love of martial arts which fueled the beginning of a teaching and instructing career of many forms of exercise and also a fascination of its improvement of body, mind and spirit. Teaching karate to his children led to developing and leading a sports conditioning program for Boston’s inner-city youth for over 15 years. Eventually our own gym, Regans Motivated Fitness became a South Boston community fixture, and we’ve are still growing and glowing after another 15 plus years!
Tom’s 30 years of teaching have resulted in certifications, experiences and accomplishments that aid his teaching you what you need now.
Along with just recently obtaining his Masters in Mental Health Counseling, he is:

2-time Ironman triathlete
2 time cross- country cyclist
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM)
200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher
Spin, Boxing, Kickboxing, Women’s Self-Defense, Bootcamp Instructor
